Intro

Noto Botanics is a gender neutral, clean beauty brand with a fun, fashion-forward approach to grassroots marketing.

Overview

Shot by Simone Niamani Thompson, the campaign focuses on the word “NATURAL” and celebrates authentic self-expression and creativity, or how to feel most naturally like themselves. Maintaining Noto's existing minimalist visual identity, while incorporating the punk DIY aesthetic of the early 90's, I worked with NOTO founder Gloria Noto and SLAQR Society founder Monina Verano to design NOTO's ever "campaign" for Pride 2021.

The final deliverables included a special edition zine shipped out with every July order, and wheat-pasted posters in LA (Silverlake, Echo Park and Highland Park).
